The goal of the project was to research and develop ideas to improve the reliability of the Lapland route guide concept.

During the project, we used several service design methods, from double diamond to mystery shopping trips and workshop facilitation.

After defining the service path, the target group and identifying various challenges in the service path, we as a group developed an application for Lapland guide that would bring the user together several different public transport booking channels and give advice and tips for a successful trip.

We assigned each member of our group one view of the application, and in addition, the bases of the slides presented during the project, as well as the visualizations of the service paths, were my work.

At the end of the project, we presented the research we did to the customers, the results obtained from them, and our development ideas to improve the reliability of the Lapland guide.
